Janu Maya Thapa Magar, a 35-year-old Nepali woman, spent her youth carrying bricks for a living due to the lack of support and opportunities to lead a good life.
Remely* (name changed for privacy), a Nepali woman who had initially sought better opportunities in Dubai, found herself trapped in an unfortunate situation where she became a victim of human trafficking and exploitation. Remely had been employed at "Dohori Sanjh," a venue in Pokhara known for live singing and dancing performances but is actually a place for luring girls into prostitution.
When the 3 Angels Nepal team approached Nelia* (name changed for privacy), she was helpless, traumatized, and unable to speak. Upon investigation into what happened to her, she shared with the team what led her to ask for help from 3AN.

Last August 28th, the Universe English Boarding School in a province of Nepal hosted the Hamro Abhiyan program, which was attended by 110 participants.
As we look at the history of the "Badi" community, it is a marginalized group in Nepal that has historically faced discrimination on both social and economic grounds and had to endure social stigma and prejudice, which restricted their access to education and basic necessities.
We recently organized an awareness program in Jogi Taal, a village in Nepal where most residents belong to marginalized communities.
