The Husky Energy Tailoring Skills Program for Women this year is already underway, thanks to Husky Energy (now a member of the Cenovus group of companies).
Interviewing applicants took place on June 28. With the support of local coordinators, the interviews were arranged in Henan County. Trainees will be recruited from the four townships of Henan County including Yoganni Township, Nymtar Township, Korser Township, and Serlong Township.
Over 50 participants have been recommended for application and 30 of them were selected after a visa interview by our local project supervisor, followed by face-to-face interviews last week.
We look forward to seeing who will be selected to be part of this year’s batch of trainees. This is a great opportunity for them to improve their way of life and develop their skills, and boost their confidence for their future.
