Schools and remote communities benefit from local programs

Preventing human trafficking from occurring in the first place is our ultimate goal and so 3 Angels Nepal, one of Captivating’s project partners, takes the time to visit vulnerable communities. 38 communities have benefited from these programs so far this year. Many people in these remote and poor locations have never heard about trafficking before. These communities are shown the many different approaches traffickers use to trick women and girls into being trafficked, and how most don’t even know until it is too late.

Human trafficking awareness came to 4 schools in Nepal recently. Schools are such an important place to bring this information. Young people are filled with ambition and the desire to make something big out of their lives. This makes them easy targets for traffickers. Programs will continue to be run in schools bringing human trafficking awareness to students.
