Rescued Victim Gets a Rare Opportunity

There are moments in life when it is hard to believe why bad things happen and that is what exactly *Sharmaine (name changed for privacy) felt when she became a victim. The incident traumatized her, and she was on the verge of committing suicide.

The police referred her to 3 Angels Nepal for safety and that is how she came to the Women’s Safe Haven and a court case was filed against the criminal.

She was blessed with the fact that the organization had a contract with INF (International Nepal Fellowship), which allowed her to enroll in a three-month nurse assistant training. She performed so well that she got a chance to work as a staff member for ten months!

Now, her life has completely changed. Her family has accepted her and she is successfully earning her living! She compared her life to a burning lamp that was about to burn out but now is even brighter. According to Sharmaine, “3 Angels Nepal has played a significant role in making today’s Sharmaine who is so brave and so confident”.

She thanked the team for being there for her during her most vulnerable moments.
