Team Building Strengthens our Microfinance Team
Our dedicated team has been meeting with Sam to reassess our Microfinance Program for the past weeks.
We recently welcomed 8 new clients to our Mabuco Fellowship for our Microfinance Program in the Philippines! This is our group in Hermosa, Bataan where we expanded our operations this year. We are happy to see more mothers pass our application process.
Together with our committed team in the Philippines, we have been operating a microfinance program named “ONE HOPE” since 2011. It operates across four regions of the Philippines, enabling women to start and advance their businesses so they can provide better education, nutrition, and more comfortable living conditions for their children. The positive impact extends to ensuring the safety of these families’ children from the risk of human trafficking, amplifying the significance of our program.
Angela is one of the founding members of our Mabuco Fellowship in Hermosa, Bataan. Her business is selling dishwashing liquids. By buying in bulk, it gives her more value for her investment and by repackaging it to smaller quantities, it allows her neighbors to afford the price. We commend Angela for her unwavering commitment to the program, being punctual at every fellowship meeting, and consistently meeting her payment obligations. We hope that she will continue to be an exemplary role model for the new clients joining our Mabuco Fellowship.
