OMY: Mose to Become A Doctor
Mose, a bright and determined student, dreams of becoming a doctor after witnessing her illiterate parents face discrimination at a hospital.
This month was an exciting development for 7 Seng Girls who now reside in Shenzhen focused on learning intensive Chinese and English. Joel Haines, CEO and owner of 5-Star Sports – a basketball training company has partnered with New Vision Display to provide free weekly basketball sessions to these girls. They were THRILLED at this news and every Saturday morning proudly wear their new uniforms, shoes and treasure their personally named basketball. Thanks Joel and New Vision Display and coach Ryan for making this happen. Joel is opening this basketball training session to other girls. So, if you live in Shenzhen and would like to join this training program on Saturday’s 10am – 11:30am then email Joel directly on joelhaines@fivestarsports.cn and get involved.
