OMY: Mose to Become A Doctor
Mose, a bright and determined student, dreams of becoming a doctor after witnessing her illiterate parents face discrimination at a hospital.
March 20 was World Oral Health Day and to celebrate the importance of good oral hygiene, 7 of our Seng Girls were hosted by Dr Zac Morse and his Dental team at Shenzhen’s Dental Bauhinia www.dentalbauhinia.com. For the past six months, Zac and his incredible team have offered their services free of charge to the girls and in the process filled over 10 cavities, pulled teeth and performed root canals. March 20 marked the end of treatment for several of the girls who are now very pleased to have that behind them and so thankful for pain saving injections (not the common practice in many areas).
We are so thankful to Dental Bauhinia and on behalf of the girls you have cared for, we thank you so much for such wonderful and professional work.
