OMY: Mose to Become A Doctor
Mose, a bright and determined student, dreams of becoming a doctor after witnessing her illiterate parents face discrimination at a hospital.
Depending on your upbringing, you either (1) can’t stand the sight of this pig; or (2) you’re reaching for the eggs.
For me, it’s all about the story. See, I know that this particular pig marks the end of poverty for the mom and baby in the below photo. This sow will produce up to 20 piglets a year which will be sold at market. This baby will grow up to get the education she deserves (along with regular servings of bacon and eggs I imagine). Happy Days.
