We are glad to report that we have another partnership with Children International—a like-minded organization that has been working with thousands of families in at-risk communities to break the cycle of generational poverty. Due to their impact on communities that we are yet to reach, we are giddy with excitement to work with them again in our fight against Online Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children (OSAEC).
In the past, we have collaborated with them in our child exploitation prevention activities. After it, their Child Safeguarding Officer shared that they had noticed a significant decline in the number of cases in these communities. We did it by distributing well-designed booklets and calendars for every household. It is truly flattering to attribute the low number of cases to us, but it truly wouldn’t have been the same without their reach.
This time, in addition to OSAEC information materials, we’re expanding our efforts by adding seminars for their field officers to help them better identify and report child abuse and exploitation.
We love to connect and build relationships with organizations like Children International, as it strengthens our efforts to expand our reach in protecting the innocence of more Filipino children.
