A huge thanks to everyone who took part, donated, and joined The Workout Challenge 2024!
The first 25 days of The Workout Challenge 2024 commenced on January 6th and concluded on the 30th of the month. We saw participants enthusiastically engaged in daily 2-minute planking exercises. This collective effort not only fostered a sense of commitment to personal fitness but also served a greater purpose by raising awareness and funds for empowering young girls in Nepal and the Philippines through education. Participants shared their progress, inspiring stories, and dedication on social media platforms, which generated momentum and encouraged others to join the cause. Through this unified endeavor, we made significant strides in promoting health, wellness, and social impact, demonstrating the transformative power of community-driven initiatives.
It was inspiring to see so many people from all walks of life accept the invitation to join hands, raise awareness, and contribute towards a world where young girls are not just safe from harm but thriving in the classroom, putting human trafficking on notice.

As we reach the culmination of The Workout Challenge 2024, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for your remarkable dedication and contribution to this transformative journey. Your commitment to doing 2 minutes of daily planks for 25 consecutive days has not only sculpted your strength but has also woven a story of empowerment and change.
The funds we raised will:
- Make education more accessible for young children.
- Help girls in Nepal and the Philippines stay in school and away from harm.
- Provide prevention strategies such as education and awareness to vulnerable communities.
We invite you to continue this incredible journey by inviting your friends, family, and colleagues to join The Workout Challenge. The 2 minutes of daily planks can be done anytime and anywhere, making it accessible for everyone.
